- What is SolarTrack?
- SolarTrack is a solar rooftop EPC and customer portal. It helps vendors manage leads, pipeline, follow-ups, and installations, and lets customers track their solar project in one place. It is PM Surya Ghar ready.
- Who can use SolarTrack?
- EPC staff (admins, managers, agents) use the dashboard to manage pipeline and customers. End customers use the portal to view their installation stage, documents, and quotations. Both sign in via the same landing page (Staff or Customer).
- How do I sign in?
- Click Sign in and choose Staff (mobile + password) or Customer (mobile + password or OTP). Default password is the last 4 digits of your registered mobile number.
- Is SolarTrack free?
- SolarTrack is offered by Spoorthy Innovations for solar EPC operations. Contact us for licensing. The customer portal is provided to your end customers as part of your service.
- Where is my data stored?
- Data is stored on secure servers. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

How we handle your information.
Data we collect: To provide SolarTrack we collect and process data you give us (e.g. name, mobile number, address, project and document details) and usage data necessary to run the service.
Use: We use this to operate the EPC and customer portal, support your account, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Sharing: We may share data with service providers that help us run the platform, or when required by law. For PM Surya Ghar–related workflows, data may be used for subsidy and DISCOM processes as per applicable rules.
Security & retention: We use reasonable measures to protect your data. We retain it as long as needed for the service and legal obligations.

Terms for using SolarTrack.
Service: SolarTrack is provided by Spoorthy Innovations Private Limited (spoorthy.in) for solar EPC and customer portal use. By signing in and using the platform you agree to these terms.
Acceptable use: You must use the service lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You may not misuse accounts, data, or system access or attempt to breach security.
Accounts: You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Availability: We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or maintain the system with reasonable notice where possible.
Liability: Use of SolarTrack is at your risk. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
